The E3Sports Performance Training Program is a new approach in athletic development for individuals, students, groups, and teams. Our extensive list of services includes regenerative massage, nutritional counseling, sports video, performance training and physical therapy. E3Sports will provide you with the tools you need to compete at your highest levels by focusing on exercise techniques, quality of work performed and proper recovery methods. You will be passionately coached, safely evaluated and encouraged to reach specific fitness goals you never thought possible. An E3Sports Performance Specialist will help you or your team to improve results and reduce injuries in your sport of choice.

NYC Athletic Training P.C. is a division of All Seasons Orthopedics and Sports Physical Therapy which provides licensed athletic trainers (ATC) to a variety of organizations ranging from the high school to the professional level. Our athletic trainers are certified by the National Athletic Trainer's Board of Certification (BOC), CPR and AED certified as well as fully licensed by the State of New York.
NYC Athletic Training P.C. offers services for as long as an entire season or as short as one game coverage. All our licensed athletic trainers supply their own fully stocked medical kit and will work closely with the team's players, coaches and athletic directors to ensure a safe competition environment consisting of on-site evaluation and treatment for the injured athlete, immediate first aid care and follow-up rehabilitation care.
