Dr. Warren Hamlet is a NYS licensed Physical Therapist, NATA Certified Athletic Trainer, and a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is a graduate of Long Island University with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and an undergraduate degree in psychology from New York University. Warren has over 10 years of clinical experience in orthopedics and sports medicine, starting his career as an athletic trainer.

| Dr. Hamlet is the founder and president of NYC Athletic Training, P.C., a company that provides athletic training services to local New York City professional teams, colleges and high schools which include The New York Crusaders, Mercy College, ASA, Bronx Community College, Hostos Community College, Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), The Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) and The Collegiate School.

Chana Frommer PT, DPT, OCS, SCS holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Chana has also holds board specialization in both sports and orthopedics from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties, and is an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor. She teaches for Long Island University's Physical Therapy program and has published in the areas of sports injury prevention and in the rehabilitation of ligamentous knee injuries. Chana has worked |

Michelle is a NATA Certified Athletic Trainer. She graduated from Russell Sage College, Troy, NY earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training. She earned her Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Ithaca College, Ithaca, NY, while serving as a graduate assistant at Cornell University. Michelle's resume.

the gamut from Physical Education/Athletic Training Instructor/ATC at Rensselear Polytechnic Institute to Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation where she worked as the Head Athletic Trainer for Immaculate Heart Academy, one of New Jersey's top ranking Girl's Parochial Athletic programs. After finishing her master's degree, Michelle was employed at Tennessee State University as an Assistant Athletic Trainer. While in Tennessee, Michelle had experience working with the Nashville Kats (Arena Football), Tennessee Titians, and Tennis greats Martina Navratilova, Chris Evert, and Billie Jean King during the Virginia Slims Legends tennis tour. Michelle has over 17 years of athletic training experience and is proud to bring this expertise and knowledge to the All Seasons staff.

Chrissy is a Certified Athletic Trainer. She received her Bachelors of Science degree from Boston University where she gained valuable experience working with high school student athletes as well as collegiate teams such as hockey, rugby, and football. She enjoys connecting with patients on a personal level and progressing them through rehabilitation programs through patient education, manual therapy, and functional training.

| Dunia Ducosse MS ATC |

Dunia Ducosse is a recent graduate of Long Island University-Brooklyn campus, where she earned a M.S./ B.S. degree in Athletic Training. Prior to joining All Seasons Orthopedics and Sports Physical Therapy, Dunia worked for Basketball City's summer camps in Manhattan. Dunia enjoys watching the progress her patients make through each therapy session.

| Yusuke Shirakata ATC |

Yusuke is a NATA certified Athletic Trainer whom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Stony Brook University, where he worked with their division I football, men's lacrosse, and women's basketball teams. After joining All Seasons in 2010, Yusuke has provided athletic training services to various colleges and high schools throughout the city, along with New York Red Bulls during the summer.
